Facilities & General Information
We are pleased to offer a full range of well-maintained facilities for your comfort and pleasure. Many of our visitors are spending two or more nights at Mountain View Top 10 Holiday Park. With this in mind we have designed all our accommodations and systems to make our park your home away from home.

Hanmer Springs thermal pools tend to make visitors very relaxed after a long soak. You’ll find this is also reflected in our approach to providing you with comfortable accommodations and well appointed facilities when you return from your relaxing thermal experience, you are on holiday of course!

Office Hours:
Daily from 8.30am to 8.30pm
Eftpos and credit card facilities (Visa, Mastercard) are available at the office

Departures & Checking Out:
Please vacate units and sites by 10.00am on the morning of your departure
Should you require the unit or site after 10.00am, please contact the office.
Please settle your accounts on the evening prior to your departure.

Kitchens and Dining:
We have two shared kitchen and dining rooms. Our communal kitchens are bright and clean with ovens, work tops, microwaves, fridges, freezers, sinks and plenty of hot water.

Laundry:
Laundry facilities are available 24hrs and are situated in the ablution block at the bottom of the park.
Fully automatic washing machines and dryers cost $4  and take $2.00 coins.
Washing machine cycle is 25 minutes - dryers 40 minutes.

Broadband Internet, Email, Wireless, Skype, Fax:
We have 6 broadband internet terminals. You can download and burn your photographs from cameras and use skype. These terminals are coin operated ($2.00 coins). We also have full wireless broadband across the entire park. Documents can be faxed from the main office on request.

Mountain Bike Hire:
Mountain bikes can be hired at the office for $10.00 per hour per bike. We are located right on the doorstep of some fantastic bike trails. You need not worry about missing out, we have a range of bikes and helmets for you.

Electric Barbeque:
Electric BBQ's are provided around the park and in the playground area. These are coin operated and $1.00 will give approximately 15 minutes cooking time.

Play Area:
We have a large playground for the children, this is centrally located in the park.
We ask that you supervise children in your care while using the play area. Use is at your own risk.

Car Wash:
Situated at the rear of the bottom ablutions block - $2.00 coin, please see us at the office.

Card Phone:
Located outside the main office. Cards can purchased at reception.

Dump Station:
We have two dump stations available.

Booking Service:
We offer a free booking service at the main office for local activities, attractions, restaurants and other Top 10 Holiday Parks. We are also happy help with advice on the rest of your holiday around the South Island.

Our facilities are clean and bright, with plenty of hot water and accessible facilities for those with disabilities.
